Terms of Service

shedd.ae is a digital product belonging to Pluree AI Abu Dhabi, ADGM company 26677. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean Pluree AI in relation to the shedd.ae Service.

shedd.ae provides digital shed-design tools and outputs, including plans, bills of materials, cutting plans, assembly guidance and AI-assisted estimates (collectively, the "Design Materials"). The Design Materials are provided for general informational and planning purposes only.

shedd.ae is a software and design platform. It is not a construction company, contractor, engineer, architect or surveyor, and it does not build, assemble, install, inspect, supervise, approve or certify any structure.

The Design Materials are not engineering, architectural, structural, legal, planning or safety advice, and are not a substitute for the services of a suitably licensed professional.

All estimates — including dimensions, quantities, materials, lead times and prices — are approximate and may contain errors or omissions. You must independently verify all measurements, quantities, materials, and structural and safety requirements with qualified professionals before relying on them.

You are solely responsible for the execution of any plan. This includes selecting, engaging and supervising contractors; obtaining all required permits, approvals and inspections; complying with all applicable building codes, zoning, planning, environmental and safety regulations; and ensuring the suitability, structural integrity and safety of anything built.

shedd.ae has no involvement in, and accepts no responsibility for, the construction, assembly, installation or execution of any design. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Design Materials and from any works carried out in reliance on them, which are undertaken entirely at your own risk and that of your contractors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and the Design Materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title or non-infringement. shedd.ae does not warrant that the Service or Design Materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or fit for any particular project.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in any jurisdiction, Pluree AI, shedd.ae and their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, business interruption, property damage, personal injury or death, arising out of or in connection with the Service, the Design Materials, or any construction or execution of any plan — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and even if Pluree AI or shedd.ae has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Pluree AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the shedd.ae Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pluree AI, shedd.ae and their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service or the Design Materials; any construction, assembly or execution of any plan; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

The Service uses digital tokens to unlock downloads and certain features. Token prices and pack contents are those displayed at the time of purchase, and payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Pluree AI and shedd.ae do not collect or store your full card details.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, tokens and payments are non-refundable once a purchase is completed. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be modified as described on the Service.

The Design Materials are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial planning use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit them. All intellectual property and other rights in the Service that are not expressly granted to you are reserved by Pluree AI and shedd.ae.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate registration information. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Where you access the Service from another jurisdiction, the disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnities in these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by the law of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
