This Privacy Policy explains how Pluree AI Abu Dhabi, ADGM company 26677, as owner of shedd.ae ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use shedd.ae (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Product owner and contact

shedd.ae is a digital product belonging to Pluree AI Abu Dhabi, ADGM company 26677. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this Policy mean Pluree AI in relation to the shedd.ae Service.

2. Information we collect

Account information you provide when you register, such as your name and email address. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito.

Design and usage data you create on the Service, your token balance, and records of purchases and downloads.

Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card details.

Limited technical data, including an approximate country derived from your network connection to enable regional features, and cookies as described below.

3. How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service, including your account, token wallet, designs and downloads; to process payments through Stripe; to protect the Service against fraud, abuse and spam (including via Google reCAPTCHA); to comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations; and to maintain and improve the Service.

4. Service providers we use

We rely on trusted third-party processors, including Amazon Web Services and Amazon Cognito (hosting and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Google reCAPTCHA (abuse prevention). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). Where additional, non-essential cookies are used, we ask for your consent first. You can manage your choices through the cookie banner shown on the site.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, or for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions other than your own, including where our cloud and payment providers operate. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Signed-in users can also exercise key rights directly from the account page: download a copy of your data (profile, token wallet, orders and build requests) and permanently delete your account and its associated data. Payment records held by our payment provider may be retained where required for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including verified authentication tokens and least-privilege access to our data stores. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
